Schoolyard Kitchen

Welcome to the Schoolyard Kitchen!

Our kitchen is located at the former Scudder Primary School campus, part of the Wimberley Independent School District. Our employees and volunteers work in the kitchen to make all of the food we sell on our food truck, including our real deal chili and sweet and spicy relish.

Beginning in the summer of 2025, we also began offering our baked goods for pick up each week. We started with sourdough bread, but now also offer a variety of tasty treats such as our famous quarter pound cookies, sourdough pretzels and focaccia, take and bake cinnamon rolls, and seasonal items such as our pumpkin cake.

On deck are new take and bake meals…we do the cooking and you just heat it up and enjoy! Keep an eye out for new items and holiday specials! When you purchase items from Schoolyard Kitchen you are supporting us and helping our employees learn new job skills!

Toast online ordering and pickup

To pick up, please park in the side parking lot, next to the track, and ring the doorbell next to the door labeled "cafeteria."

Orders will be available for pickup between 2:30 and 5:00pm. Thank you!
